How long from purchase order to on-site commissioning?

Vibratory hammers typically need 10–14 weeks ex-works after carrier hydraulic confirmation. Drill rigs with kelly kits average 14–18 weeks. Commissioning adds a scheduled site window for vibration-frequency baselining and operator coaching.

Can ABI ship CE and EPA documentation with the machine?

Yes. CE Marking under 2006/42/EC, ISO 9001 process records, EPA Tier 4 Final engine logs (when diesel packs are fitted), and ANSI / ASME lifting-point certificates ship in the documentation pack.

Do you help match vibration frequency to our soil log?

Application engineers review SPT / CPT data and recommend vibration frequency (RPM) and centrifugal force before the clamp ships. That matching is part of standard first-machine support, not a separate consulting SKU.

Where do ABI replacement parts ship from?

What hydraulic cleanliness should we expect at delivery?

Is operator training included?

First-machine packages include on-site sessions covering clamp engagement, RPM windows for sheet versus H-pile, and safe release procedures. Additional seats can be scheduled through the service desk.
